Fantastic, thoughtful and caring staff. My father was very nervous about having carers at all but once he met the caring team from Acre and they helped him shower, helped him dress and anything else he needed he really appreciated them. They made him feel comfortable and alleviated his fears. They were also there during a situation when we needed them and one particular member of staff handled it magnificently.
